About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Strategist to join our team at Dash Hudson. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Facing
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the effective use of our platform, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Internal Duties
    • Monitor and analyze customer usage and feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of our platform's features and capabilities, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and enhancements.
    • Work closely with our product team to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and pain points.
    • Contribute to the development of our sales and marketing strategies, providing input on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with our customer experience team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to customers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of our platform.
    • Work closely with our product marketing and product management teams to develop and launch new features and products.
    • Act as a liaison between our internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or marketing.
