Project Coordinator - Marketing Creative Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of creative projects. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills to coordinate workflows, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We Offer
  • Hourly Salary: $27 per hour
  • 12-Month Contract: A stable and secure employment opportunity for 1 year
  • Full-Time Position: 37.50 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance
  • Weekday Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Role: Work in a dynamic environment, combining office and remote work
Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Manage projects from inception to completion, including scheduling meetings, setting timelines, defining tasks for the creative team, coordinating production, and overseeing final delivery and invoicing.
  2. Client and Team Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and strong professional relationships.
  3. Daily Client Management: Understand client needs, ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Deadline and Budget Management: Keep projects on track under tight deadlines, monitor budgets, and address potential scope creep proactively.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure all quality control policies are followed, reviewing proofs for accuracy before client delivery, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
  6. File and Administrative Management: Handle file management and other administrative tasks associated with projects.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in business, marketing, project management, print, or graphic design, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in an agency marketing department or similar creative/print environment.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with excellent teamwork and time management abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the creative process with expertise in print, digital, and social media networks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with a Mac environment is essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
