Insulation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at H & S Insulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our insulation installation services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insulation installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate costs and materials required for insulation installation projects and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support insulation installation projects.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of a team of insulation installers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to estimate costs and materials required for insulation installation projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced insulation installers. The work will involve supervising and coordinating the installation of insulation in various locations, including residential and commercial buildings.
