Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Superior Insulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our insulation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure accurate budgeting and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and the public.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
