Insulation Project Manager

H & S Insulation is seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to oversee our insulation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of our projects while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insulation installers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on site.
- Material Management: Coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the insulation industry
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
