As a Business Transformation Specialist at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD., you will play a key role in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective change management strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess training needs, and design customized training programs
  • Provide consulting services to management to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices in change management and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and achieving business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and recommend effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Degree in business administration, education, or social sciences
