About the Job

As a key contributor, you will work closely with our team of project managers, architects, developers, and technicians to drive value for our clients. Your top priority is to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers. You will identify business and technology problems and work with our solution design team to solve those problems. You will offer in-depth analysis, strategic direction, and actionable plans that enable clients to realize their vision while considering both their immediate requirements and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, business representatives, and other professionals to analyze business needs and identify problems.
  • Gather requirements with stakeholders and users to identify goals, user needs, drivers for change, current processes, pain points, risks, external factors, and viable solution options.
  • Identify the root cause of issues and evaluate opportunities for process re-design based on best practices.
  • Be involved in business case development, coordination, and facilitation of user sessions and group meetings.
  • Produce understandable documentation, such as requirements, solution overviews, wireframes, solution designs, process maps, flow charts, and other project documentation.
  • Liaise with technical staff on the development and actualization of requirements.
  • Facilitate research, planning, costing, and implementation of business solutions to provide technical expertise and leadership in the assessment and development of software applications.
  • Perform research and evaluate possible technologies or vendor solutions that address solution requirements.
  • Provide client consulting and technical support services on project implementation.
  • Support in the estimation of project effort, costs, and timelines.
  • Participate as a team member in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Liaise with the project team to execute a stakeholder communication plan.
  • Provide support to prepare various reports, such as project status reports, risk reports, vendor research reports, and other project-related reports.
  • Provide sales support and initial client solution design and scoping efforts for new sales opportunities.
  • Provide support to create and document client statements of work and proposals.
  • Proactively identify project risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and budget.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving processes, communications, and operating efficiencies for clients and internal company operations.
  • Collaborate in writing internal company documentation, processes, and manuals to support company operations.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of consulting experience.
  • MBA, relevant degree, or diploma.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in custom software/technology projects.
  • Superior relationship management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Relevant university degree or college diploma.
