Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service operations. This will include developing and maintaining work schedules, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
Supervise and Train StaffThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training a team of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to our company's quality control standards.
Manage Inventory and BudgetsThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory levels, preparing budget and cost estimates, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Prepare and Submit ReportsThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports to management, including food order summaries, sales data, and other relevant information.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
