Culinary Specialist Job Description

Charc Shawarma is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Management: Manage kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
Work Environment:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and work in a standing position for long periods.
