Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, donuts, sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
