About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at GearCo Industrial Services Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures, using welding or bolting techniques as required
  • Operate heavy-duty metal-working machines to cut, shape, and finish metal components
  • Construct patterns and templates to guide fabrication processes
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring precision and quality
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
