We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
