Job Summary

B.C. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing budgets, and preparing reports for management committees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervise 1 to 2 people, and occasionally 3-4 people
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Accurate, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics
Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, work term: permanent
