About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quadra. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with our customers, taking orders, and following up on them. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with our sales team to achieve the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Processing and validating customer orders in Quadra's ERP system and following up needs and requests through Salesforce.
  • Monitoring orders through the sales cycle to ensure on time delivery to customers.
  • Proactively communicate any service issues or delays to customers, offering solutions and suggestions.
  • Ensuring that customer requests and issues are handled satisfactorily and in accordance with the companies' guidelines.
  • Assisting customers with requests and inquiries; documentation, pricing, samples. Etc.
  • Working collaboratively with your assigned Accounts Managers to connect to customers' needs.
  • Ensuring customer details and requirements are maintained and communicated internally.
  • Working in synergy with other departments to ensure full customer focus.
  • Following best practices, procedures, and customer excellence standards.

Requirements

  • A postsecondary diploma in administration, business, communication or in a related field would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as Customer Service experience in a distribution, logistic or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience of strong communication over the phone and via email.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a passion to succeed; compassion, integrity, and honesty are very important qualities to have.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A desire to work in an environment where decisions must be made quickly and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite and with an order and inventory system; Experience on JD Edwards and Salesforce would be considered as a strong asset.
