About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Customer Issues
    • Clarify customer complaints and determine the cause of the problem
    • Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem
    • Expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide Product or Service Information
    • Address customer inquiries and provide product or service information
    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Manage Customer Relationships
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar environment
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional high stress/pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, including email writing techniques
