**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a Director of Growth Expansion to lead our full-funnel marketing efforts, scale revenue, and improve retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more
- Build & optimize campaigns through A/B testing (ads, emails, landing pages, offers)
- Manage lifecycle & retention marketing (email/SMS via Klaviyo)
- Drive CRO & UX improvements for higher conversions
- Own analytics & reporting (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo)
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative, testing, and analytics
- Support the launch & growth of Orion, our new in-house strength equipment brand
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in growth/performance marketing (eCommerce or DTC preferred)
- Experience managing $100K+ per month in ad spend
- Strong background in ads, email marketing, CRO, and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience with UGC, video, and performance creatives
- Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results

- Experience launching a new product or brand
- SEO or organic content expertise
- Smart use of AI tools for creative testing & optimization
