MEDITECH Expanse Lead – Deployment and Cutover

Provide consulting services to clients on healthcare enabling technology related projects in a leadership, project management, analyst, subject matter expert or training capacity. Work directly with the Practice Director/Manager and Consulting Services team to enable sales opportunities, support solution development, and provide exceptional on-site solution delivery based upon the needs of Healthtech clients.

THE ROLE:

Healthtech is seeking a strong leader with extensive experience in Deployment & Cutover. Experience or knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Clinical Device Integration, Jira is an asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Go Live Preparedness Lead will be responsible for:

Collaborating with Domain Lead and Senior Program Manager to prepare for Go Live to coordinate ATE and Go Live Support including:

Liaising between the Advance Program Workstreams/Domains and Site equivalents and SMEs. Assessing project go live needs from a technical, clinical, and business readiness perspective and support CIS go-live activities to meet the Advance Program strategic goals. Identify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement. Developing material for, and hosting demos with different stakeholder groups, as required Providing regular status reporting to Advance Program leadership, as required Ensuring appropriate documentation is organized and can be easily audited. Proactively Identifying and escalating risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager as they arise Ensure all change requests are documented to ensure efficiency. Develop material for and host demos with different stakeholder groups, as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years recent experience in Healthcare with a particular focus on IT systems and operational support. Minimum 10 years' experience in managing projects to implement business systems. Proponent shall possess strong English language oral and written communication skills. Proponent shall possess strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills. It is an asset if the candidate possesses a PMP certification.
