About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Vice-President to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and write technical reports
  • Develop policies and procedures and attend to management responsibilities
  • Develop risk management plans and design information systems business solutions
  • Ensure budgetary control and direct corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and organized
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
