About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on culinary arts or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
