We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative - Commercial Building Solution to promote our commercial hardscape and masonry products to Civil Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects, Designers, and Municipalities. In this role, you will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, providing technical assistance, presentations, and seminars on existing and new products, while also tracking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect for new relationships with civil engineers, architects, and landscape architects.
• Collaborate closely with these professionals to gain specifications and acceptance.
• Analyze market trends to develop action plans that capitalize on shifts in the market.
• Foster effective relationships with current customers to drive increased sales and revenue.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales calls and plan schedules effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a field related to the construction industry.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales representation, ideally in the building products industry and/or masonry products.
• Strong knowledge of the design and engineering community's practices.
• Excellent sales, communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
• High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial qualities.
• Ability to navigate Customer Relationship Management platforms.
• Result-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
