Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Project Manager to lead our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shop construction and field installation teams, providing technical and professional customer service, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead shop construction and field installation teams
  • Provide technical and professional customer service
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Operate and utilize 2D/3D CAD for idea development and customer information review
  • Coach and lead supervision and construction teams
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Experience with metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, and site construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Fine attention to detail
  • Passion for learning, self-improvement, teamwork, and team development
  • Quality-focused and self-motivated
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Trustworthy and willing to innovate processes
What We Offer

C&A Group offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $105,000, paid vacation, benefit packages, company-paid RRSP contributions, technical and leadership training, and career growth opportunities.
