About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Arslan Enterprises Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and productivity.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
