About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Gateway Auto & RV Sales & Financing Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to maximize sales potential.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage inventory, and make informed decisions to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply chain issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
