Estimated Salary Range: $42,000 - $48,000 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and task-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, possess confidence using various phone and computer systems, and have a high school diploma with post-secondary education being an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and manage lobby and meeting rooms
- Answer and forward calls and emails, as well as manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Perform various administrative and general office duties to ensure seamless operations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a friendly attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills. You will also require a proactive mindset, good task management, and fluency in both French and English.
