About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to clients' needs and provide personalized advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by providing proactive and responsive service.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Requirements
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence.
  • Advisory service experience and an inclusive attitude.
