Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store operations
  • Determine product offerings and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Manage store budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
