Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at ONTARIO LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing staff, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure store efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail management

Work Environment:

Our retail store is located in Woodstock, ON N4T 0M4, and offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Salary:

$40.90 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

Permanent employment, full-time, day, early morning, evening, flexible hours, morning, night, weekend

Starts as soon as possible
