Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
  • They will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • The Food Service Supervisor will also maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and one year to less than two years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
