As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities on PCs, laptops, printers, and POS devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform intermediate IMAC activities, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities
  • Handle software installation, support, and upgrades
  • Provide deskside support services, including installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Provide 1st level Help Desk support
  • Perform basic LAN and internetworking related activities
  • Handle bench repairs and remedial maintenance
  • Respond to and update calls from the National Dispatch/Call Management Center
  • Communicate with customers to diagnose problems, establish E.T.A., and parts requirements
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as IT or computer science
  • Minimum of 1 year of field service experience performing IT hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing deskside support
  • Strong network, internetwork, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good English language communications and presentations skills
  • Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to work flexible work schedules
