Desktop Support Technician - Citrix

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Markham, Ontario, Canada.


Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance for equipment in the field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software components.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software components at various field locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues and various error conditions.
  • Manage inventory and adhere to device disposal processes.
  • Document installation and repair activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of desktop support experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Experience with device imaging and configuration.
  • Understanding of inventory management and device disposal.
  • Knowledge of network connectivity and desktop operating system administration.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.
  • Flexibility with support coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates/BSIT, ITIL, MCP, MCDST, Network+, and Server+ certifications.
