Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Hanwoori Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook meals, adhering to food safety standards
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and handling
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain inventory records
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
