At Abbadi Professional Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, and reconciling accounts.

Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Financial Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
