Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our financial products, including the Neo Card and Neo Savings accounts. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, working closely with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams to build innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack and identify high-impact opportunities to drive growth and engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and launch new products and features
  • Own the execution of product projects, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product releases
  • Support team members in product development and contribute to longer-term product roadmaps
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience in software products
  • Proven track record of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ownership and accountability for product outcomes
  • Experience working in financial technology companies or banking is an asset
