About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Market Performance to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for delivering financial reporting, risk management, and strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Collaborate with business units and finance teams to extract meaningful insights from internal and external data sources
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure effective financial planning and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure ATB Financial remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Professional designations such as CPA, MBA, CFA, FRM, or PRM
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, or client-facing roles
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive teams
  • Extensive financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply financial data to strategic decision-making
  • Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Excel
  • Familiarity with ATB Financial's culture and market presence is an asset
