  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to develop social media campaigns and promote job openings.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in recruitment and/or knowledge of best practices.
  • Previous advertising or marketing experience is an asset, including experience with social media campaigning.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using the Applicant Tracking System, Taleo is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
