Job Title: Commercial Construction Site Superintendent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and labor allocation.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
