We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to drive our digital marketing and customer relationship management strategies.

AMG Medical manufactures and distributes high-quality home care products and professional medical products. Our comprehensive product lines adhere to world-class standards for quality and quick response.

As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you will manage HubSpot CRM systems, generate leads, drive brand awareness, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing.

The role focuses on CRM management, digital marketing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new HubSpot CRM initiatives to enhance customer interaction tracking and optimize the customer journey.
  • Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with prospects, and retain customers.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Generate leads and drive brand awareness through SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing and CRM performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and insights for the marketing team and senior management.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot, is also required. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush is necessary. Fluency in English and French is required. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an asset.

A strong problem-solving mindset is necessary for identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting campaign performance issues, and developing creative solutions to marketing challenges.

Excellent time management skills are required to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
