Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory control.
  • Proven experience in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer skills in SAP, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel are mandatory.
  • Experience in MRP environment is an asset.
