Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2294359 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
