Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Global Pathways Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative services, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a large caseload and workload. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The position is permanent, with a 30-hour workweek.
