Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others, is desirable.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $19.40 to $29.15, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs, with eligibility varying based on the respective plan guidelines.
