About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and matrix partners.
  • Define, plan, and deliver assigned strategic projects, including all business, operational, and IT deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including executive-level communications.
  • Chair regular core team and governance forums to review project progress.
  • Represent project interests in various project governance and inter-department forums.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including charters, integrated plans, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and control project progress, proposing recommendations and adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on IT projects.
  • 5 years of experience in acquisition, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk management, change leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Clarity, MS Project, and SharePoint.
