Product Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough system-level testing and validation of software and hardware for the DreamCatcher Production Suite.
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan tests throughout the product design cycle.
  • Identify and track defects in a project management database, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and conformance forms, as well as update product documentation to reflect changes.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including problem replication and resolution.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot lab testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist with demo preparation and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant work experience in software validation, quality assurance, hardware validation, or system test engineering.
  • Degree or diploma in computer, electrical, or systems engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Linux and experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Testrail are assets.
  • Understanding of video and compression is desirable.
  • Experience working with internal and external customers is an asset.
