Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
