Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators, developing and implementing curriculum programs for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum programs for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years old
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational experiences
  • Mentor and support Early Childhood Education students in their practical training
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families through regular communication and parent engagement activities
  • Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of children by maintaining a healthy and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
  • Current First Aid Certification and up-to-date immunizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
