About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Care Professional to join our team at Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sounds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, demonstrated by executing the following key responsibilities:
- Guide clients through comprehensive hearing tests and interpret test results to select suitable hearing aid solutions.
- Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience, along with continuous client care and support.
- Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education.
- Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships.
- Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $60,000, plus an average bonus of $20,000 based on performance. In addition to this attractive compensation package, we offer:

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- A graduate degree from a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
- Registration and good standing with applicable regulatory colleges or provincial governing bodies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, with knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.
