We're a 80's & 90's inspired nostalgia-loving restaurant open for lunch, dinner, and boozy weekend brunches. Our menu features a damn delicious selection of fresh, in-house made items with only the highest quality ingredients every day.
Job Title: Kitchen ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in providing a premium dining experience to our guests. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies to ensure profitability and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality, service, and teamwork.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and food waste to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines, health and safety regulations, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Food Handlers certification and a positive attitude.
