Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Team Leader to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various levels of management and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compliance and safety awareness training to associates and managers, leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources.
  • Conduct assessments in facilities to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and trends, and support the creation and execution of action plans.
  • Participate in regulatory visits, including online submissions and engagement with partners for resolution of orders or fines.
  • Manage the hourly associate accident file process, including online submissions, accident investigations, and follow-up.
  • Foster 2-way communication with Store Management to ensure attendance management, progress note completion, and accountability.
  • Assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders.
  • Submit and follow up on Facilities Maintenance requests, including management of pest activity.
  • Leverage escalation tools to resolve issues and outstanding tickets.
  • Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member.
