Job Title: General Manager Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sales to join our team at TEKZIP TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Job Summary:

The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, provide feedback, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with sales software and tools.
