Job Responsibilities- Canadian Dental Care Program (CDCP)
- You will serve as the Privacy Officer for the CDCP Program, representing Sun Life and overseeing all aspects of privacy, governance, and compliance.
- You will act as a central contact for all privacy-related matters, including third-party risk management, contract reviews, due diligence, and partnership with Supplier Relationship Managers.
- You will develop, implement, and maintain training programs for Sun Life employees on CDCP privacy practices and requirements.
- Group Benefits Privacy Controls and Governance
- You will draft or review privacy and governance-related content used during the sponsor sale process.
- You will consult on and review privacy and governance-related clauses in sponsor agreements.
- You will act as a point of contact for privacy and governance questions during client audits and due diligence processes.
- You will manage ongoing processes to maintain SOC2 certification.
- You must have an excellent understanding of the group benefits environment and of group dental products.
- You must have excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to summarize and present in a clear and concise manner to executive-level and external audiences.
- You must be able to manage through influence and collaborate to achieve goals.
- You will be part of a team united by our Purpose: to help Clients and Employees achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives.
- You will contribute to our journey in developing the next greatest digital experience.
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
